Special Weapon Rules

Special weapons are weapons designed to be just plain better than all the others. However these special weapons are rare and given only to those of higher ranking. So anyone who would like one of these one of a kind super weapons must PM an admin and have their request reviewed before accepted. Normal weapons like guns, katanas, broadswords, etc. are all ok though.
